Abstract: A charging/discharging system for a distributed power supply that is interconnectable with a power grid 1 includes: a conversion circuit 22; a control unit 25 that controls the conversion circuit 22; and a charging/discharging unit 51 that is connected to the power grid 1 and the conversion circuit 22 so as to enable charging of electricity to a vehicle energy storage apparatus. The control unit 25 controls an output Iac_2 of the conversion circuit 22 such that a received power Pinv from the power grid 1 becomes a target value during charging the vehicle energy storage apparatus by the charging/discharging unit 51.
