Abstract: The invention provides a platinum-based agent (e.g., carboplatin) in combination with an antibody-drug conjugate that binds to tissue factor (TF) (e.g., tisotumab vedotin) and their use in methods of treating cancer, such as bladder cancer and cervical cancer.
