Abstract: A speaker diaphragm and a molding method therefor are provided. The speaker diaphragm comprises: a lead wire; a lead wire enclosure portion, wherein the lead wire enclosure portion has a membrane part and support protrusions, the support protrusions are distributed on a surface of the membrane part, the thickness of the membrane part is larger than or equal to the diameter of the lead wire, the thickness of the overall lead wire enclosure portion is larger than the diameter of the lead wire, and a part of the lead wire is injection-molded in the lead wire enclosure portion; and a diaphragm layer, wherein the diaphragm layer is configured to form an overall structure of the speaker diaphragm, the thickness of the diaphragm layer is larger than or equal to the thickness of the overall lead wire enclosure portion, and the lead wire enclosure portion is injection-molded in the diaphragm layer.

Abstract: A loudspeaker and an earphone are disclosed. The loudspeaker comprises: a housing; and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the housing. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm, a centering support piece and a vibrating voice coil. The centering support piece comprises a mounting part correspondingly connected with the central part of the diaphragm. The magnetic circuit system comprises a magneto-conduct yoke, a central magnetic circuit part and a side magnetic circuit part, and a coupling magnetic circuit part located above the central magnetic circuit part, and a magnetic gap accommodating the vibrating voice coil is formed between the central magnetic circuit part and the side magnetic circuit part. When the coupling voice coil is energized, upward and downward forces are generated by magnetic field coupling of the coupling voice coil and the coupling magnetic circuit part. The loudspeaker has good sound effect.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a speaker vibration diaphragm. The speaker vibration diaphragm comprises: a vibration diaphragm body, and a graphene film used as a conductive layer and compounded to one side surface of the vibration diaphragm body. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. Disclosed is a miniature speaker. The miniature speaker comprises an upper housing and a lower housing combined together. A vibration system and a magnetic circuit system are accommodated in the space defined by the upper housing and the lower housing. The upper housing is disposed close to the vibration system. The miniature speaker also comprises a hearing-aid voice coil. The hearing-aid voice coil is fixed to the upper housing and is located at the inner side of the upper housing. The miniature speaker of the present invention solves the problem of poor acoustics caused by collision of a lead wire of a vibrating voice coil with a hearing-aid voice coil of a miniature speaker in the prior art, and the miniature speaker of the present invention has good acoustic performance and a better hearing-aid effect.

Abstract: Disclosed is a sounder module, which comprises a housing for accommodating a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The housing is provided with a sound hole which is formed to deviate from the center position of the vibration system and is higher than the surface of the housing. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm. A dome is provided at one side of the vibrating diaphragm closer to the sound hole. A pressure regulating part is arranged on the dome. The pressure regulating part is higher than other positions of the dome and projects towards the sound hole. The sounder module in the present invention is capable of balancing asymmetrical sound field distribution of the front acoustic cavity, and locally increasing the sound pressure distribution on the surface of the vibrating diaphragm to balance it with other parts, effectively decreasing system polarization, and reducing harmonic distortion.

Abstract: Disclosed are a sound generator and an audio device.
