Abstract: The vibrator comprises a vibration block, and the vibration block comprises at least one permanent magnet, the stator comprises conductive blocks, and the conductive blocks are subjected to the effect of a magnetic field force which is the same as and/or opposite to the vibration direction of the vibrator. When the vibrator is in a balanced state, the resultant force of the magnetic field force is zero. When the magnetic conductive blocks are subjected to the effect of an excitation force to perform a relative displacement relative to the vibrator in the vibration direction of the vibrator, a direction of the resultant force of the magnetic field forces is the same as the direction of the relative displacement, a magnitude of the resultant force of the magnetic field forces has a proportional relationship with a magnitude of the relative displacement. The conductive blocks are used to replace the stator coils.

Abstract: A linear vibration motor comprising a vibrator and a stator, wherein the vibrator comprises at least two permanent magnets disposed adjacent to each other and a magnetic yoke disposed between any two adjacent permanent magnets, and adjacent ends of the two adjacent permanent magnets have the same polarities; the stator comprises coils and magnetic cores disposed in the coils; magnetization directions of the permanent magnets are perpendicular to axis directions of the coils. The linear vibration motor enables the magnetic lines of flux of the permanent magnets to intensively pass through the coils by means of a repulsive force between two ends with same polarity of two permanent magnets so as to obtain a larger magnetic flux and a stronger vibration sensing effect.

Abstract: A linear vibration motor comprises a vibrator and a stator disposed parallel to the vibrator, the vibrator comprising a weight block and a vibration block embedded in the weight block, and the stator comprises stator coils and a magnetic conductive cores disposed in the stator coil, wherein the vibration block comprises at least two magnetic members arranged in a row and magnetic reinforcement members disposed between adjacent magnetic members, and the magnetic members and the magnetic reinforcement members are permanent magnets; adjacent ends of each two adjacent magnetic members have the same polarity; and the magnetization direction of the magnetic reinforcement member is perpendicular to that of the magnetic member. The linear vibration motor can increase the magnetic lines of force passing through the stator coil, thereby intensifying the vibration effect of the product.

Abstract: A self-adaptive control miniature motor comprises a driving unit (200), a mover (300) and a self-adaptive control unit (100). The driving unit comprises a fixed stator and a movable vibration block, and provides the driving force for the reciprocating motion of the mover through the interaction between the stator and the vibration block. The mover is a forced vibration part, and is driven by the movable vibration block of the driving unit to do the reciprocating motion. The self-adaptive control unit is used for controlling a motion state of the mover in real time by adjusting a force applied on the mover, based on a feedback information of the motion state of the mover. The self-adaptive control miniature motor, by combining the motor hardware with a control circuit, facilitates real-time adjustment of the magnetic field intensity in the motor, thus improving the stability of the vibration of the motor.

Abstract: A magnetic balance guided linear vibration motor comprising a housing (1, 2), a vibrator, and a stator fixedly connected with the housing. The vibrator comprises a counterweight (31) and a vibrating block embedded and fixed in the counterweight, wherein a pair of first balancing magnets (61a, 61b) are respectively arranged on vertical sidewalls at two ends of the counterweight, second balancing magnets (62a, 62b) corresponding to the first balancing magnets are respectively arranged on the housing at positions corresponding to the two ends of the counterweight, and the second balancing magnets and the corresponding first balancing magnets are attracted to each other. The vibration motor provides the vibrator with vibration balance in a motor vibration space, overcomes the problem of wearing, deformation and balance error and the like due to motor mechanical balance means, and reduces motor noise, thus increasing the product quality and stability of the motor.
