Abstract: A magnetometer module includes a cell, a pump laser light source, a photodiode configured to detect an intensity of pump light, a probe laser light source, a photodiode element configured to detect an intensity of probe light, a differential amplifier configured to generate a magnetism detection signal based on the probe light that has passed through the cell, and a control circuit configured to perform at least one of first determination processing of determining a driving condition of the light source based on the intensity of the pump light detected by the photodiode while controlling the light source and performing wavelength sweep on the pump light and second determination processing of determining a driving condition of the light source based on the intensity of the probe light detected by the photodiode element while controlling the light source and performing wavelength sweep on the probe light.

Abstract: A cell for a optically pumped magnetic sensor measures magnetic field by setting alkali metal atoms to a predetermined excitation state by a pump beam and detecting the excitation state by a probe beam. The cell is provided with a glass substrate which seals the alkali metal atoms and an enclosing gas and transmits the pump beam and the probe beam and a coating layer provided on an inner surface of the glass substrate. The coating layer is made of an inorganic material.

Abstract: An optically pumped magnetometer module includes a housing and a cell unit disposed in the housing. The cell unit has a cell enclosing an alkali metal, a heat conductive member covering the cell, and a heater provided to the heat conductive member. The cell includes a main body portion having a light-passing region through which at least one of pump light and probe light passes. The heat conductive member is continuously provided over an entire region of an outer surface of the main body portion excluding the light-passing region.
