Abstract: The present application relates to a global communication management entity for managing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication parameters of a plurality of vehicular user equipments of a V2X communication network, the corresponding V2X communication network and vehicular user equipment. The global communication management entity comprises at least one processor and a memory configured to store computer readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the global communication management entity to provide execution comprising determining one or more V2X communication parameters of a vehicular user equipment of the plurality of vehicular user equipments, wherein the one or more V2X communication parameters are associated with a local vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) congestion control scheme implemented on the vehicular user equipment and/or a V2V communication module of the vehicular user equipment for communicating with the other vehicular user equipments; and providing the one or more V2X communication parameters to the vehicular user equipment.

The feed component includes a second radiating patch and a first feed member, the second radiating patch and the second conductor patch are spaced from each other. When the foregoing structure is used, integration of an antenna radio frequency system can be improved.

Abstract: A federated learning method includes a central node that separately sends a first model to at least one central edge device, receives at least one second model, and aggregates the at least one second model to obtain a fourth model. The at least one central edge device is in one-to-one correspondence with at least one edge device group. The second model is obtained by aggregating a third model respectively obtained by each edge device in at least one edge device group. The third model is obtained by one edge device in collaboration with at least one terminal device in a coverage area through learning the first model based on local data. The edge devices are grouped into edge device groups, and a central edge device in one edge device group sends the first model to each edge device in the edge device group.
