Abstract: The present invention relates to a coolant heater. The purpose of the present invention, a coolant heater which effectively heats coolant of a vehicle by means of a heating unit, is to provide a coolant heater having improved sensitivity and responsiveness to over-heating and assured stability by utilizing a temperature fuse to prevent over-heating. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a coolant heater having enhanced durability of the temperature fuse coupling part by improving the structure by which the temperature fuse is fixed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an air foil thrust bearing including a bump foil and a top foil stacked at a position corresponding to the bump foil to cover the bump foil, in which an outer diameter of the top foil is larger than an outer diameter of the bump foil in a radial direction, and the bump foil and the top foil are formed and disposed so that a portion where pressure of an air film between a thrust runner and the top foil is high when a rotor rotates is consistent with a region in which the bump foil exists, such that friction in an outermost peripheral region of the top foil based on the radial direction is reduced, durability is improved, the pressure of the air is relatively uniformly dispersed, and a load supporting force is improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a coolant heater comprising: a heating element for heating coolant; a first housing for accommodating the heating element; a cover plate for sealing the first housing in which the heating element is accommodated; a temperature fuse provided in an external space formed by coupling the first housing and the cover plate, and disposed to be adjacent to the cover plate; and a second housing for pressing the temperature fuse so as to pressurize the same toward the cover plate, wherein overheat sensing responsiveness of the heating element is improved such that the overheat of the heating element can be prevented, and failure factors in a part in which the temperature fuse is coupled are reduced such that a durability is improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fluid heater including a casing having therein a hollow portion in which a fluid flows, a heating module including a connector disposed outside the casing and connected to a power source, and a heating element disposed in the casing and configured to be heated by electric power transmitted from the connector, and a heat transfer module configured to transfer heat, which is generated by the heating element, to one surface of the casing, in which the heat transfer module is in contact with an inner surface of a plate having one end being in contact with the heating element, and the other end disposed on one surface of the casing, such that heat generated by the heating element is transferred directly to the plate, thereby enabling more precise measurement and preventing an accident.
