    摘要: It is intended to provide a method whereby the peritoneal function of a dialysis patient can be tested by a relatively easy procedure and yet a high accuracy can be achieved compared with the existing methods, and an apparatus for the peritoneal function test by using the same. Standards of four kinetic parameters (CCr, Kt/V, MTACu, and MTACc) available in a definite dialysis guideline are computed in accordance with the relational expression (formula (7)). The curve showing the relation between MTACu/c thus obtained and the drained fluid volume is indicated in a graph together with the PET data of the patient which has been prepared separately. Thus, the peritoneal function can be evaluated based on the relative position of the patient's data and the curve showing the standard values in the graph.

    摘要: A peritoneal function testing apparatus tests the peritoneal function of a dialysis patient easily and with high accuracy.     摘要: A method of indirectly determining D/P creatinine for easily judging a peritoneal function is provided that does not require blood sampling or multiple recoveries of dialysis effluent. The method includes preparing a dialysis effluent obtained by peritoneal dialysis, measuring at least one protein marker selected from the group consisting of prealbumin, haptoglobin, alpha 1-microglobulin, C4, and total protein that are contained in the dialysis effluent, and determining D/P creatinine indirectly from the correlation equation that represents the relationship between the marker concentration and the D/P creatinine value that has been prepared beforehand. Furthermore, the PET category is determined indirectly from the D/P creatinine, which has been determined indirectly, based on the known reference value.
