    Abstract: Example batteries, terminals, and charging systems are described. One example battery includes a battery charging port, a battery discharging port, a battery negative port, an overcurrent protection element, a protection integrated circuit, a control switch, and an electrochemical cell. The battery charging port is connected to a positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The control switch is connected in series between a negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the battery negative port. The protection integrated circuit is connected in parallel to two ends of the electrochemical cell. The protection integrated circuit is further connected to the control switch so as to send a control signal to the control switch. In addition, the overcurrent protection element is connected in series between the battery discharging port and the positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The battery provided in the present application has both a charging path and a discharging path.

    Abstract: A battery protection apparatus power protection apparatus is configured to protect an electrochemical cell connected to a load, and includes a protection IC, a switching transistor group, and a sampling resistor. The protection IC includes two power input terminals respectively connected to positive and negative electrodes of the electrochemical cell, and an operational amplifier, where the operational amplifier includes a positive input pin, a negative input pin, and an output pin. The switching transistor group is connected between the negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the load, and is configured to control turn-on and turn-off of a charge and discharge circuit of the electrochemical cell. The sampling detection resistor Rs is serially connected between the sampling circuit detection terminal and the output pin, where the main circuit detection terminal is connected to the positive input pin, and the sampling circuit detection terminal is connected to the negative input pin.

    Abstract: A terminal, a power supply method for the terminal, and a charging and discharging management circuit. The terminal includes a load circuit, a battery, and a charging and discharging management circuit. The battery is configured to supply a voltage to the load circuit. The charging and discharging management circuit is coupled to the load circuit and the battery. The charging and discharging management circuit is configured to receive an input voltage, and charge the battery after stepping down the input voltage. When the battery voltage is greater than a threshold voltage, the battery supplies a voltage to the load circuit. When the battery voltage decreases to the threshold voltage, the charging and discharging management circuit steps up the battery voltage, and outputs a stepped-up voltage to the load circuit.
