Abstract: A method for confirming cutting tool's location includes: a position calculation unit basing on plural sleeve positions in a tool magazine to train and obtain training posture data and training signal strength data of each the sleeve position; and the position calculation unit sending a tool call command to move a target cutting tool among the cutting tool to a tool exchange position. The latter step includes: obtaining a posture data and a signal strength data of the target cutting tool; based on the posture data and the signal strength data, the position calculation unit comparing the training posture data and the training signal strength data to confirm a target sleeve location of the target cutting tool; and, rotating the tool magazine to move the target cutting tool from the target sleeve location to the tool exchange position. In addition, a machine system using the method is also provided.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to a clamp-type measuring device includes a clamp and an interval measuring module. The clamp includes a guiding rail and two holding arm. Each of holding arms includes a guide part, a connecting part, and a clamping part. The guide part is movably furnished on the guiding rail. Both ends of the connecting part are respectively connected to the guide part and the clamping part. The interval measuring module includes a first measuring element and a second measuring element. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are furnished on the two connecting parts respectively. The first measuring element and the second measuring element are slidable through the two guide parts respectively in order to measure an interval between the two clamping parts. In addition, the disclosure is also related to a measuring method of the clamp-type measuring device.

Abstract: A rotating sensing device includes a base, a rotating element, at least one magnetic element set, at least one magnetic sensing element set, and a processing unit. The magnetic element set is arranged on the rotating element and includes an axial magnetic element and a radial magnetic element. The magnetic sensing element set is arranged on the base and includes an axial magnetic sensing element and a radial magnetic sensing element. When the rotating element is rotated relatively to the base, a magnetic variation relative to the axial magnetic element and a magnetic variation relative to the radial magnetic element are respectively sensed by the axial magnetic sensing element and the radial magnetic sensing element, so as to generate a sensing signal. The processing unit is adapted to obtain a rotation speed, a loading value, and a deflection value. In addition, a rotating sensing method is also provided.

Abstract: A processing path generating method includes the following steps. An image-capturing device is moved to the first position of the region of interest to perform an image-capture on a workpiece, so as to obtain a first image. The image-capturing device is moved to a second position to perform the image-capture on the workpiece, so as to obtain a second image. A first edge characteristic and a second edge characteristic of the workpiece are obtained according to the first image and the second image. Three-dimensional edge information of the workpiece is fitted according to the first edge characteristic and the second edge characteristic. A processing path is generated according to the three-dimensional edge information.
