Abstract:
A shower head has a nozzle, a shell, a water inlet, and an assembly for holding the nozzle. The assembly has an upper plate made of a first plastic material and has a first opening having a first diameter through which the nozzle extends, a lower plate made of a second plastic material and has a second opening through which the nozzle extends, and an elastomeric middle plate has a third opening having a third diameter that is smaller than the first or second diameter through which the nozzle extends and is in contact therewith. The first material and the second material are ultrasonically welded together to trap the middle plate therebetween and the first opening, the second opening and the third opening are roughly coaxial with each other.

Abstract:
A shower head assembly includes a first shower head connected to a pipe and a three-way member is connected to the pipe. The three-way member communicates with the pipe, the first shower head and a hose which is connected to a second shower head. A tube is fixedly received in the three-way member and in communication between two paths respectively which are in communication with the first shower head and the hose. A rod is movably inserted in the tube and has two seal members on two ends thereof. A control mechanism is connected to the handle of the second shower head and able to cause the change of water pressure to move the rod such that the user can operate the control mechanism on the handle of the second shower head to control the water flow.
Abstract:
A shower head includes a push-button operated rotatable valve having a plurality of positions including; a first position in which the shower head allows water to flow to a first function, a second position radially offset from the first position in which the shower head allows water to flow to a second function, a third position radially offset from the first position and the second position and to the first position, in which the shower head allows water to flow trickle through the shower head.
