Abstract: An insulating film is arranged between a gate line and a gate shield electrode. A concave portion which extends in a first direction along with the edges of the gate line is formed in the insulating film. The concave portion in a slit shape is formed along with the edges of both sides of the gate line, respectively. The gate shield electrode extends to the concave portion.
