    Abstract: According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a substrate; a plurality of transistors provided on the substrate; a plurality of scan lines that extend in a first direction; a plurality of signal lines that extend in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a plurality of photodiodes that are provided in an area surrounded by the scan lines and the signal lines and each include a p-type semiconductor layer, an i-type semiconductor layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer; and a shield wiring line that extends in the first direction and overlaps a corresponding one of the scan lines. The shield wiring line is electrically coupled to, among the signal lines, a power supply signal line configured to supply a power supply potential to the transistors.

    Abstract: A detection device includes: a sensor in which detection elements each including a photoelectric conversion element are arranged in a detection region; a drive circuit configured to supply drive signals to the detection elements; and a detection circuit configured to process a detection signal output from each detection element. Each detection element includes: a source follower transistor configured to output a signal corresponding to an electric charge generated in the photoelectric conversion element; and a read transistor configured to read an output signal of the source follower transistor and output the detection signal. A potential obtained by superimposing a threshold voltage of the source follower transistor and a voltage drop caused by on-resistance of the read transistor on a reset potential serving as a reference value for a voltage variation amount of the detection signal is set as an initial value of a potential applied to the photoelectric conversion element.

    Abstract: A display device with a touch detection function is provided and includes a display area where a plurality of pixel electrodes are arranged in a matrix having a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction above a substrate; common electrodes provided so as to face the pixel electrodes; an insulating layer between the common electrodes and the pixel electrodes; a display functional layer having an image display function of displaying an image on the display area; a plurality of pixel signal lines each coupled to the pixel electrodes, the pixel signal lines each extending in the first direction; a source selector that are coupled to the pixels through the pixel signal lines and that performs a switching operation, the source selector including a plurality of source switches; and a control device for performing image display control by applying a display drive voltage between the pixel electrodes and the common electrodes based on an image signal to exert the image display function of the display functional layer.

    Abstract: A display device with a touch sensor includes: plural display pixel electrodes; a common electrode arranged opposite to the display pixel electrodes; a display function layer having an image display function; a display control circuit performing image display control so as to fulfill the display function of the display function layer by applying a voltage for display between the display pixel electrodes and the common electrode based on an image signal; and a touch detection electrode provided opposite to the common electrode and forming capacitance between the touch detection electrode and the common electrode, wherein a drive voltage for display applied to the common electrode by the display control circuit is used as a drive signal for the touch sensor, and a gate potential of TFT circuits included in the display pixel electrodes is increased during a period when the drive signal for the touch sensor is applied.
