摘要: In one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device comprises a first and second substrates and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate comprises subpixels, first and second common electrodes, and a pixel electrode. Each of the subpixels comprises an axial area, branch areas, and gap areas. The second edge comprises concave portions. The axial and branch areas are areas in which the second common electrode is not present, and the pixel electrode is present. The gap areas are areas in which the second common electrode is present. The concave portions are areas in which the second common electrode and the pixel electrode are not present, and the first common electrode is present.

摘要: Disclosed are a display assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. The first glass substrate and the polymer stabilization vertical alignment machine metal stage are used to connect a driving circuit to receive a driving signal. The display assembly is used to generate a capacitive coupling effect between the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate with the driving signal to form a voltage difference. The liquid crystal molecules are arranged at a preset angle with the voltage difference. The display assembly is also used to receive incident light for curing the liquid crystal molecules. The embodiments are beneficial for reducing the driving traces of the panel and improving the utilization of the glass.

摘要: A liquid crystal display (LCD) includes a substrate, an overcoat layer disposed on the substrate, and a pixel electrode disposed on the overcoat layer. The overcoat layer includes a base layer and a plurality of ridge patterns which protrude from a surface of the base layer. The plurality of ridge patterns extends in a different direction from the direction in which the plurality of branch electrodes extends.

摘要: An array substrate includes a pixel structure formed on a substrate. The pixel structure is provided with a transistor region and a pixel region. A source electrode and a drain electrode in the pixel region are located in the transistor region and insulated from each other. A data line is electrically connected to the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is located in the pixel region and electrically connected to the source electrode. A copper metal layer is deposited on the data line and a drain electrode; a semiconductor active layer is formed between the source and drain electrodes and respectively connecting with the source and drain electrodes; a gate insulating layer overlying the data line and the drain electrode. The transparent electrode layer, the copper metal layer and the semiconductor active layer; the gate line and the gate electrode electrically connect to each other on the gate insulating layer.

摘要: A liquid crystal display apparatus includes a liquid crystal display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer and a plurality of pixels. The first substrate includes a first electrode provided in each of the pixels and a first horizontal alignment film that determines a pretilt orientation of a liquid crystal molecule. The second substrate includes a second electrode provided to face the first electrode and a second horizontal alignment film that determines the pretilt orientation of the liquid crystal molecule. Each of the first and second horizontal alignment films is a photoalignment film. At least one of the first substrate and the second substrate includes an anchoring structure in each of the pixels. The liquid crystal display panel further includes an alignment sustaining layer which is formed on the surface of each of the first and second horizontal alignment films on the liquid crystal layer side, is configured with a photopolymer, and imparts a pretilt angle greater than 0° to the liquid crystal molecules.
