摘要: An apparatus for separating fibers from reject material produced in the manufacture of recycled pulp. The apparatus comprises a rotating reject cylinder provided with openings, to one end of which the reject material is fed and from the other end of which it is discharged, water nozzles for feeding water to the reject material in the cylinder to separate fibers from it, a collecting basin for recovering water and the fibers separated with it, and discharge channels connected with the collecting basin, and means for discharging fibrous water and light and heavy particles from the collecting basin. The collecting basin is formed of two basin structures at least partly within each other and connected with each other.

摘要: An apparatus for separating fibers from reject material produced in the manufacture of recycled pulp. 摘要: An apparatus for cleaning a fiber mass suspension, the apparatus comprising a receptacle and an inlet channel and an outlet channel for feeding the suspension into and for discharging it from the receptacle. In addition, the apparatus comprises air feed means for feeding air into the lower portion of the receptacle. The apparatus comprises at least one partition wall dividing the receptacle into spaces in such a way that the suspension may flow between the spaces at the lower portion and the upper portion of the partition wall, respectively. The air feeding means are positioned to feed air into one aeration space, whereby the air separates impurities from the suspension and makes the suspension flow on different sides of the partition wall upwards and downwards, respectively, so that a spiral flow is created around the partition wall from the inlet channel into the outlet channel.

摘要: Pressure filter for filtering pulp which pressure filter comprises a pulp container (1, 3) comprising a feed opening (12) of the pulp at its upper part, a cylindrical filtering surface (6) adjusted to the cylinder part of the container in which case the pulp, which has penetrated the mentioned surface, can be removed from the container through one removal aggregate or through several removal aggregates (13), (14) located at various altitudes, further the pulp container comprises a vertical rotor (8, 16, 17) which can be rotated in the pulp room of the container which rotor is equipped with wings (7) which clean the filtering surface (6) and comprises a feed pipe (11) of the dilution water for directing the dilution water into the pulp room of the container in order to avoid the thickening of the pulp and that the dilution water can be directed between the rotor and the filtering surface (6) to such height that beginning from the lower edge of the filtering surface (6) at least an essential part of the filtering surface, such as over 30% of the filtering surface (6) comes within the range of the mass which has been diluted with the dilution water. The rotor (8, 16, 17) is equipped with wings (9) in that part of the pulp room to which the dilution water is directed in which case the mentioned wings (9) are adjusted together with the gaps (10) to achieve an internal, vertical pulp cycle at the lower part of the pulp room when the rotor is rotating in which case the mentioned part of over 30% of the filtering surface (6) is within the range of the mentioned pulp cycle.

摘要: Waste that contains fibers and combustible material is slushed in a continuous-operation high-consistency pulper (10) to suspend in water the fibers contained in the waste. From the pulper (10) are discharged substantially continuously a fiber suspension (P1) through a screen plate; and non-defibrable material (R1) by means of a mechanical transfer device (22). The fiber suspension (P1) is sorted and cleaned for use as raw material in paper or board. The non-defibrable material (R1) and the rejects (R2-R4) separated from the fiber suspension (P1) in the sorting and cleaning stages are used as fuel in energy production and/or utilized as raw material.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for screening and treating pulp. In the invention, the pulp is screened in a screen into an accepted fraction and a rejected fraction, the rejected fraction being treated after the screening by removing water from it. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the refining process, the rejected pulp fraction is screened by means of a means (13) rotating rapidly in a reject space (12) of a screen (1) in such a manner that the rapidly rotating means (13) effects a radial flow of the fine-grained material contained in the rejected fraction outwards through a perforated wall (14) surrounding the rotating means (13) into a space (15, 15a) from where the fine-grained material is discharged.

摘要: A decker comprises a tank having a thickening drum mounted rotatably therein and including a filtering shell. The inside of the drum communicates with an inlet for feeding mass, whose consistency is to be increased during the thickening process and outlets for discharging the thickened mass after the thickening process. The filtrate separated from the mass being thickened, is arranged in a flow communication from the inside of the thickening drum through the filtering shell of the drum to the bottom portion of the tank. At least one separating member is placed in the bottom portion of the tank outside the drum and forms a partition point or partition line situated transversely with regard to the direction of rotation of the drum and at a predetermined, angular distance from the horizontal plane coinciding with the axis of rotation. The partition point is arranged to accomplish the separation of the filtrate flowing through the filtering shell before and after the angular distance, as seen in the direction of rotation, into at least two filtrate fractions.
