Abstract: Block stacking arrangement that includes a plurality of container receiving slots, a loading space arranged below the container receiving slots in a direction of gravity, a pass-through opening between respective container receiving slots and the loading space, and a holding device, which is arranged in the pass-through opening, having a flap pivotable about a shaft between a holding position and a release position. The shaft is mounted in an edge of the pass-through opening, and the shaft is mounted at at least one end in a bolt socket that is upwardly open in the direction of gravity. The block stacking arrangement further includes a shaft hold-down device, which is fastened to the edge of the pass-through opening, arranged at least partially above the bolt socket in the direction of gravity to act on the end of the shaft.
