    摘要: A workpiece exchange device, including: a workpiece spindle; and a workpiece library, wherein: the workpiece spindle is arranged on a pallet, the pallet is arranged on a slide table, the pallet can move along a Z axis of a machine tool, and the slide table can move along an X axis of the machine tool; and the workpiece library is used to store workpieces, and the workpiece spindle can move along the X-axis and Z-axis of the machine tool and grab a workpiece. The present invention also discloses a method for exchanging workpieces. Through the coordinated movement of the slide table and the pallet, the workpiece spindle can take out a workpiece to be machined from the workpiece library or return a machined workpiece into the workpiece library. The present invention uses a machine tool coordinate system to grab the workpiece with high precision and high speed, and does not need to add an auxiliary mechanism, and has the advantages of simple structure, high stability and good reliability.

The drive mechanism of the present invention is far away from the spindle, and the interference range thereof to the spindle is small; the spindle can be automatically and continuously indexed, and can also perform linkage machining with small cutting amount, and thus, when the spindle swings by the same angle along a support shaft, the volume of the device is reduced; the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

    摘要: The present invention provides a linkage swing head structure, including: a base, a drive mechanism and a spindle. The drive mechanism includes: a power mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a lead screw. An end of the spindle is fixed with a cutter, and the spindle is fixed on an end of the connecting rod mechanism. An end of the connecting rod mechanism fixed with the spindle is sleeved on a support bearing, the connecting rod mechanism can rotate around the support bearing, the support bearing is fixed on the base, and the other end of the connecting rod mechanism is movably connected to the lead screw. An output end of the power mechanism is connected to an end of the lead screw. The connecting rod mechanism adjusts the rotation angle of the spindle by sliding on the lead screw. The drive mechanism of the present invention is far away from the spindle, and the interference range thereof to the spindle is small.     摘要: The present invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control turntable including: a B-shaft rotating assembly; a C1-shaft workbench swing assembly; a C2-shaft workbench rotating assembly; and an S-shaft workbench movement assembly. The B-shaft rotating assembly includes a rotating connection land and a B-shaft power control mechanism; the C2-shaft workbench rotating assembly includes a movement base, a workbench and a C2-shaft power control mechanism; the S-shaft workbench movement assembly includes a swing base and an S-shaft power control mechanism; and the C1-shaft workbench swing assembly includes a swing arm and a C1-shaft power control mechanism, with the C1-shaft line intersecting the B-shaft line. The S-shaft power control mechanism can drive the movement base to move along an S-shaft line on the swing base to cause a region to be machined of a workpiece to approach the intersection point of the C1-shaft line and the B-shaft line. The present invention adds the C1-shaft and S-shaft, so that when the cutting edge point participates in the motion, the coordinate change of the linear shaft is smaller, the compensation range of the linear shaft is smaller, the machining efficiency is higher, and the surface quality and machining accuracy are less affected by the accuracy of the linear shaft.
