    Abstract: Provided is a radiographic imaging device including: a first hardware processor; a sensor that includes multiple semiconductor elements arranged two-dimensionally and multiple switch elements respectively connected to the semiconductor elements; a gate driver that causes each of the switch elements of the sensor to switch between a conductive state and non-conductive state so as to release charge from each of the semiconductor elements; and a reader that performs readout of a signal value according to an amount of the charge released by the each of the semiconductor elements of the sensor. The first hardware processor sets an imaging condition that affects a dose of radiation reaching the sensor, selects a gate readout pattern according to the set imaging condition among different gate readout patterns, and drives the gate driver and the reader using the selected gate readout pattern.

    Abstract: A radiographic imaging apparatus includes a base, a signal line, a reader and a hardware processor. On the base board, pixels comprising respective radiation detecting elements and respective switching elements are arranged in a matrix. The signal line is connected through the switching elements. The reader reads the charges accumulated in the pixels at every predetermined lines as signal values of image data. The hardware processor measures a leak current flowing through the signal line and corrects the signal values based on leak current values including a leak current value obtained at a timing when (i) the number of lines which have been already read is greater than a predetermined number of lines and (ii) the number of lines which has not been read yet is greater than a predetermined remaining number of lines.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a radiographic imaging system including: radiation detecting elements that is two-dimensionally arrayed; and an image acquiring circuit that acquires an image by causing the radiation detecting elements to accumulate and release charges and reading the released charges, wherein the radiographic imaging system comprises a hardware processor that: controls the image acquiring circuit to successively acquire radiographs while changing at least a binning number; controls the image acquiring circuit to acquire offset images respectively for the radiographs in which a binning number in resetting the radiation detecting elements before acquiring the offset images and binning numbers in acquiring the offset images are equal respectively to a binning number in resetting the radiation detecting elements before acquiring the radiographs and binning numbers in acquiring the radiographs; and performs an offset correction on the radiographs by using the offset images respectively for the radiographs.
