Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method of fabricating the same can reduce resistance of a cathode by forming an auxiliary electrode. Also, such OLED display device and method can prevent damage on a pad electrode due to an etchant during patterning of an anode by applying a protective structure to the pad electrode of a pad area and by including the pad electrode exposed from a plurality of pad electrode layers.

Abstract: A display system includes a first display coupled to a roller and a second display coupled to the roller such that the first and second displays can be rolled about the roller for storage and transportation and unrolled from the roller to form a large area display. The second rollable display can be rolled about the roller with a rear surface of the second rollable display in direct contact with an outer surface of the roller and the first rollable display can be rolled about the roller with a front surface of the first rollable display in direct contact with a front surface of the second rollable display. First and second flexible films, first and second source printed circuit boards, first and second flexible cables, and first and second control printed circuit boards can be located inside the roller.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device can include providing a source electrode, a drain electrode and a signal pad on a substrate; providing a passivation layer on the source electrode, the drain electrode and the signal pad, providing a planarization layer on the passivation layer; providing a anode electrode connected with the source electrode or drain electrode, and providing an auxiliary electrode spaced apart from the anode electrode; providing a contact hole for exposing the signal pad by removing a predetermined portion of the passivation layer; providing a bank on one side and the other side of the anode electrode and one side and the other side of the auxiliary electrode; providing an organic emitting layer on the anode electrode; and providing a cathode electrode connected with the auxiliary electrode and provided on the organic emitting layer, in which the signal pad includes a lower signal pad, a central signal pad and an upper signal pad, and the central signal pad is surrounded by the lower signal pad, the upper signal pad and the passivation layer.
