Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display is discussed. The organic light emitting diode display can include a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate. The first substrate includes an auxiliary electrode, a bank having an opening exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, a barrier disposed on the exposed auxiliary electrode, a spacer disposed on the bank and protruding toward the second substrate, a cathode included in an organic light emitting diode and divided by the barrier, one end of the cathode directly contacting the auxiliary electrode, a contact electrode disposed on the cathode and divided by the barrier, one end of the contact electrode directly contacting the auxiliary electrode, and a protective layer interposed between the cathode and the contact electrode. The contact electrode and a power line directly contact each other.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display is disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate including an organic light emitting diode, a second substrate including a power line supplied with a power voltage and facing the first substrate, and a conductive filler layer between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes an auxiliary electrode, a first barrier on the auxiliary electrode, a cathode physically divided by the first barrier and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, a contact electrode disposed on the cathode, physically divided by the first barrier, and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, and a protective layer between the cathode and the contact electrode. One end of the cathode directly contacts the auxiliary electrode, and one end of the contact electrode directly contacts the auxiliary electrode.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display. The organic light-emitting diode comprises a substrate, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, a connecting terminal, an under-area, a bank, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. The auxiliary cathode is placed on the substrate. The connecting terminal makes contact with the top surface of the one end exposed through the under-cut opening and protrudes into the under-cut opening, being longer in length than the one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed between the end of the connecting terminal and the one end of the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer, makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer, and extends all the way to the under-area.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes: a display panel separated into a light emitting unit, in which an organic light emitting diode is disposed, and a light transmitting unit which selectively transmits light; and a driving circuit configured to drive the display panel. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. In the first substrate, the organic light emitting diode is disposed in the light emitting unit, and a first electrode is disposed in the light transmitting unit. The second substrate faces the first substrate, and a second electrode is disposed in the light transmitting unit. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and adjusts a transmittance due to a difference between a voltage applied to the first electrode and a voltage applied to the second electrode.

Abstract: A top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display includes a substrate, an auxiliary line, an insulating film, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, an under-area, a connecting terminal, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. An under-cut opening exposes one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed inside the under-cut opening by removing the insulating film underlying the exposed end of the auxiliary cathode. The connecting terminal on the planarization film extends to the under-cut opening and makes contact with the exposed auxiliary cathode. The organic emission layer is stacked on the surface of the auxiliary cathode, and is not applied to the under-area and exposes the side of the connecting terminal making contact with the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer and makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device including a passivation layer, a planarization layer, a cover layer, and a bank layer. The passivation film may cover a first area, in which an organic light emitting diode is disposed, and a second area adjacent to the first area. The planarization layer may be disposed on the passivation film in the first area. The cover layer may be disposed to surround the planarization layer on the passivation film. The bank layer may cover at least an edge of an upper part of the planarization layer, and separate the first area.
