    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes: a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a connection pattern on the substrate, the connection pattern including a same material as the first electrode, a bank covering edges of the first electrode and the connection pattern, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, the bank, and the connection pattern, and an auxiliary pattern between the connection pattern and the second electrode, the auxiliary pattern including one or more of: a metal oxide, conductive nanoparticles, and a work function-modifying polymer.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate on which a display area and a non-display area are defined; first, second and third sub-pixel rows in the display area each including a plurality of sub-pixels arranged along a first direction and disposed along a second direction; a light-emitting diode disposed at each of the plurality of sub-pixels and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode; a dummy sub-pixel in the non-display area and corresponding to the second sub-pixel row; and a partition wall across the third sub-pixel row along the first direction and disposed on the first electrodes of the third sub-pixel row, wherein a width of the second sub-pixel row along the second direction is larger than a width of the first sub-pixel row and smaller than a width of the third sub-pixel row.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device and method of fabricating thereof is disclosed.     Abstract: An electroluminescent display device and method of fabricating the same are discussed. The electroluminescent display device includes a substrate including first to third pixel regions, the second and third pixel regions being adjacent to the first pixel region along a first direction and a second direction, respectively; an insulating layer over the substrate and including a groove between the first and second pixel regions; a first electrode on the insulating layer and in each of the first to third pixel regions; a bank covering an edge of the first electrode and disposed between the first pixel region and the second pixel region and between the first pixel region and the third pixel region; an emitting layer on the first electrode; and a second electrode on the emitting layer, wherein the bank disposed between the first and second pixel regions has a first height from the first electrode and the bank disposed between the first and third pixel regions has a second height from the first electrode, and the first height is smaller than the second height.
