Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate on which a display area displaying an image and a non-display area surrounding the display area are defined; a plurality of sub-pixels disposed in the display area on the substrate and arranged along a first direction and a second direction; a plurality of dummy sub-pixels disposed in the non-display area on the substrate; and a bank disposed in the display area and the non-display area on the substrate, wherein the bank includes a first portion corresponding to the plurality of sub-pixels and a second portion corresponding to the plurality of dummy sub-pixels, and wherein a side surface of the first portion has a reverse slope and at least a part of a side surface of the second portion has a normal slope.

Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes first and second substrates on which a pixel including first, second, and third sub-pixels are defined, a light-emitting diode disposed at each of the first, second, and third sub-pixels on the first substrate and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode, and a bank between adjacent sub-pixels along a first direction, wherein the light-emitting layer includes first, second, and third light-emitting layers, wherein each of the first and second light-emitting layers includes first and second light-emitting material layers, and the third light-emitting layer includes a second light-emitting material layer, and wherein a height of the first light-emitting material layer of each of the first and second light-emitting layer increases as it approaches the bank, and the second light-emitting material layers of the first, second, and third light-emitting layers are disposed on top and side surfaces of the bank.

Abstract: A transparent display device includes a substrate on which a pixel including first, second, and third emission areas and first and second transparent areas arranged along a first direction is defined, a light-emitting diode disposed in each of the first, second, and third emission areas and including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and electrically connected to the second electrode. The first emission area and the auxiliary electrode are disposed between the first transparent area and the second transparent area, and the second transparent area includes a first portion between the first emission area and the second emission area. Further, the first transparent area has a higher transmittance than the second transparent area.
