Abstract:
An organic light emitting display device includes: light emitting diodes respectively located in first to third sub-pixels on a substrate and respectively emitting red, green and blue color lights output upward through emission regions of the first to third sub-pixels; and a reflection structure located in a non-emission region surrounded by the first to third sub-pixels and including reflection side surfaces which are inclined and respectively face the emission regions of the first to third sub-pixels, wherein the reflection side surface reflects a light incident thereon from the corresponding emission region upward.
Abstract:
A thin and lightweight display device is disclosed. An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is configured such that a color filter array, which is disposed between an encapsulation unit and the touch sensor, extends to a pad area to contact the touch pad, thereby reducing stress on the pad area, and such that touch electrodes are disposed on the encapsulation unit, with the result that an additional bonding process is not required, whereby the process is simplified and cost is reduced.
Abstract:
An organic light emitting display device (OLED) includes a transparent substrate a first electrode formed on the transparent substrate a partition wall including first and second tapered structures having different tapers and formed on the first electrode, and an organic light emitting layer stacked on both sides of the first electrode below a level of the partition wall and a second electrode. The OLED device is manufactured by, for example, forming a first electrode on a transparent substrate, forming a partition wall having first and second tapered structures on the first electrode, and forming an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode, sequentially, on both sides of the first electrode below a level of the partition wall.
Abstract:
An organic electroluminescent display device including first to fourth pixel regions each including red, green and blue sub-pixel regions, each of the first to fourth pixel regions being divided into first and second columns, the first column being divided into first and second rows. A red sub-pixel region and a green sub-pixel region are respectively arranged in the first and second rows, and a blue sub-pixel region is arranged in the second column. A red emitting layer is formed in the red sub-pixel region; a green emitting layer is formed in the green sub-pixel region; and a blue emitting layer is formed in the blue sub-pixel region.
