Abstract: A display device includes an auxiliary electrode in order to prevent uneven brightness by the voltage drop. The display device further includes an under-cut region formed by stacked insulating layers. In the display device, the under-cut region is completely filled by filler due to changing a shape of the auxiliary electrode, so that the quality of the displaying image is improved. Also, in the display device, the contact area between an upper electrode of a light-emitting structure and the auxiliary electrode is increased, so that the reliability and the degree of integration are improved.

Abstract: A display device including color filters overlapping each other on a non-emitting area of an upper substrate which is opposite to a lower substrate is provided. In the display device, color filters disposed close to a white emitting area include a same material, and the color filters extend a greater distance onto a non-emitting area disposed near the white emitting area, relative to distances extended onto other non-emitting areas. Thus, the display device may prevent light-leakage from the white emitting area.

Abstract: A display device including a micro-cavity structure and a method for forming the same is provided. The display device includes light-emitting structures on pixel areas. In the display device, each of the pixel areas may realize a color different from an adjacent pixel area. In the display device, each of the light-emitting structures may include a reflective electrode, a resonant layer and a transparent electrode, which are sequentially stacked. In the display device, a side surface of the resonant layer and a side surface of the transparent electrode of the light-emitting structure may be surrounded by an interlayer insulating layer. Thus, in the display device, the reliability and the production efficiency may be improved.
