Abstract: A touch panel and a touch display device with the same are disclosed. A touch panel is disclosed in which at least one layer of a first insulating layer is disposed on the display panel, first touch electrodes are disposed on the first insulating layer, at least one second insulating layer is disposed on a first touch electrode, second touch electrodes are disposed on the second insulating layer, a third insulating layer is disposed on the second insulating layer on which the second touch electrodes are disposed, each of the first touch electrodes and each of the second touch electrodes overlap each other, and a refractive index of at least one of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer is different from that of the other insulating layers, thereby improving the visibility of the touch display device.

A touch panel includes a plurality of first touch electrodes disposed on a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer disposed on the plurality of first touch electrodes and the first insulating layer, a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed on the second insulating layer, and a third insulating layer disposed on the plurality of second touch electrodes and the second insulating layer. A refractive index of each of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer is the same as each other. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the visibility of the touch display device.
