Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a wearable device and a method of outputting content thereof. According to one embodiment, the wearable device for outputting the content according to the present invention includes a sensor, a display, and a processor configured to: determine an output mode of the wearable device based on tracking information detected by the sensor, and cause the display to display content in a playback window of a screen, wherein: the playback window corresponds to an entire portion of the display when the output mode is an active mode, and the playback window corresponds to a portion of the display when the output mode is an inactive mode, wherein the portion of the display is less than the entire portion of the display.
