    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power supply device for supplying, using a DC link voltage of a high-voltage unit of a semiconductor transformer, a control power to a transformer control unit for controlling the high-voltage unit, the power supply device comprising: a converter unit which includes a transformer unit and a switch connected in series to a primary side of the transformer unit, is connected to a DC link of the high-voltage unit, and is configured to convert the DC link voltage and output the converted DC link voltage to a transformer control unit; and a converter control unit configured to control on/off of the switch to convert the DC link voltage, wherein the converter unit comprises a first to a (n+1)th converter (wherein, n is an integer greater than or equal to 1) connected in series.

    Abstract: A DC-DC converter according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a first stage converter for stepping up or stepping down an input voltage and outputting same; and a second stage converter connected to an output of the first stage converter.
