Abstract: An electric work machine includes coils formed reliably. The machine includes a stator, a rotor rotatable about a rotation axis, and an output unit drivable by the rotor. The stator includes a stator core including a cylindrical yoke and teeth protruding radially outward from the yoke, an insulator fixed to the stator core, and coils each wound around a corresponding one of the teeth with the insulator in between. The insulator includes a first cover covering a first end face of the yoke in a first axial direction and a rib on the first cover and supporting a wire connecting the coils. The rotor includes a rotor core outside a periphery of the stator and a magnet fixed to the rotor core.

Abstract: An electric work machine (1) includes: a motor (21) having a rotor (23), which rotates about rotational axis (AX), and a stator (24), which is disposed around the rotor; and an output portion (25), which rotates when a rotational force is generated by the motor. The stator comprises: a stator core (33); an insulator (34), which is fixed to the stator core; a plurality of coils (35), which is fixed to the insulator; external terminals (63), to which power-supply lines are respectively connected; coil terminals (64), which are respectively connected to the coils; short-circuiting members (65), which are integral with the external terminals and the coil terminals and electrically connect the external terminals and the coil terminals to each other; and an insulating member (66), which supports the external terminals and the short-circuiting members. The insulating member is disposed more radially inward than an outer-circumferential surface of the stator core.

Abstract: A brushless motor is at least partially located in a hermetically sealed space. An electric work machine includes a brushless motor, an output unit, a motor case, a lead wire, and a first seal. The brushless motor includes a stator, a rotor rotatable with respect to the stator, and a rotor shaft fixed to the rotor. The output unit is drivable by the rotor shaft. The motor case includes an internal space and a wiring passage. The internal space accommodates the stator and the rotor. The lead wire is located in the wiring passage connecting the internal space and an external space of the motor case. The first seal seals between the lead wire and the motor case.

An electric work machine includes a brushless motor, a sensor board, a resin-molded portion, and an output unit. The brushless motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The sensor board faces the rotor and the stator in an axial direction along a rotation axis of the rotor and includes a sensor on an opposing surface of the sensor board opposing the rotor and the stator. The sensor detects a position of the rotor in a rotation direction. The resin-molded portion covers the opposing surface of the sensor board and has a recess at a position corresponding to the stator. The output unit is directly or indirectly drivable by the rotor.
