Abstract: An electronic processor that may be configured to perform a first voiceprint analysis of first audio data of a first call from a first caller to determine a first voiceprint of the first caller, and determine that the first voiceprint matches a first previously-stored voiceprint. The first previously-stored voiceprint may identify and be associated with first previously-stored information regarding a previous call from the first caller that is anonymized so as not to include a name of the first caller or a phone number of the first caller. The electronic processor may also receive a permission command based on a user input from the first caller to indicate that a call taker handling the first call is allowed to have access to the first previously-stored information. The electronic processor may output the first previously-stored information on a call taker device in response to receiving the permission command.
