    Abstract: According to an aspect, there is provided an access node for configuring relaying using one or more terminal devices. The access node is configured to select the one or more terminal devices connected to the access node for relaying a signal from the source terminal device to the access node based on radio link measurements. Further, the access node is configured to configure each of the one or more terminal devices to decode each received primary uplink resource and if the decoding is successful, to cause transmitting a transport block corresponding to the decoded primary uplink resource on a secondary uplink resource using a pre-defined starting position to a target network node. The access node is also configured to receive at least one transport block transmitted from the source terminal device via one or more terminal devices on one or more secondary uplink resources.

    Abstract: A UE performs first control channel monitoring according to a first CORESET and first search space set configuration(s), the first control channel monitoring performed on n subbands, n>1, able to be transmitted by a base station in an unlicensed band carrier. The UE determines, in response to a detection of a control channel in the monitoring and from the control channel, transmission bandwidth configuration to be used by the base station in the unlicensed band carrier for control channels. The UE performs second control channel monitoring according to a second CORESET and at least one second search space set configuration. The second control channel monitoring is performed on m subbands, m≤n, in the unlicensed band carrier, the m subbands being a subset of the n of subbands. A base station determines which subbands are available for use and transmits the transmission bandwidth configuration to the UE based thereon.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a technique for configuring signal measurements to be performed for a wireless communication channel. More specifically, a network node generates a first timing configuration for the wireless communication channel and sends it to a UE. The first timing configuration defines a sequence of Fixed Frame Periods (FFPs). Then, the network node generates a second timing configuration for the wireless communication channel and sends it to the UE. The second timing configuration comprises an indication for the UE to perform the signal measurements (e.g., RSSI measurements) within at least part of an idle period of at least one FFP of the sequence of FFPs. By so doing, it is possible (by using a limited signaling overhead) to ensure that the signal measurements will be always performed within the idle period(s) of the FFP(s). In some embodiments, the indication may cause the UE to perform the signal measurements within the at least part of every N-th FFP (e.g., every second FFP) of the sequence of FFPs, thereby providing a more flexible configuration of the signal measurements in a wireless communication network.
