摘要: Provided is a high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The magnetic bead can maintain chemical stability under pH 2-14 and has an immunoglobulin G (IgG) binding capacity greater than 50 mg/mL. Further provided is a method for purifying and/or detecting an immunoglobulin, comprising a step of contacting a sample containing the immunoglobulin with the high-loading and alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead. The alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead can realize rapid purification of immunoglobulin, saving about 80% of treatment time and reducing total purification costs by 50%. In addition, the alkali-resistant protein A magnetic bead has high alkali resistance. An alkaline method for in situ cleaning can be performed to regenerate the magnetic bead after use. The magnetic bead has rapid magnetic response and good dispersiveness, realizing rapid magnetic bead enrichment, cleaning, and elution. The magnetic bead facilitates automated, high-throughput, and large volume purification of a sample.

摘要: An inclined magnetic holder comprises a magnetic base and a centrifuge tube support plate. The centrifuge tube support plate has centrifuge tube support holes. The magnetic base comprises a first bottom plate, a fixing plate, and two first-side support plates. Respective top portions of the two first-side support plates are provided with a position-locating slot. Two ends of the centrifuge tube support plate are respectively provided with a position-locating protruding block. The centrifuge tube support holes are evenly and linearly distributed on the centrifuge tube support plate. An elastic circular engagement component for holding a centrifuge tube is provided inside the centrifuge tube support holes. A block magnet is fixed to the fixing plate below and corresponding to each of the centrifuge tube support holes. A north pole or south pole surface of the block magnet faces the centrifuge tube and is parallel to an axis of the centrifuge tube.

摘要: The present invention provides a magnetic bead purification system, including: a housing; a liquid path treatment system provided inside the housing, the liquid path treatment system being connectable to a reagent barrel and a waste liquid barrel; a sample addition needle group connected to the liquid path treatment system, the sample addition needle group being movable within the housing and connected to the liquid path treatment system, so as to receive a reagent from the liquid path treatment system or to discharge a waste liquid to the liquid path treatment system; a purification magnetic separation system, including a magnetic element, the purification magnetic separation system being controllable to apply a lateral magnetic force to a purification treatment position inside the housing or stop the application of the magnetic force by the magnetic element; and a purification station system movable between a purification treatment position inside the housing and a loading position outside the housing, the purification station system being adapted to load a container. The magnetic bead purification system of the present invention can easily achieve large capacity sample treatment.

摘要: An automatic purification system using magnetic particles comprises: 1) a first container module; and 2) a system controller module. The first container module comprises a first container and a first magnetic field supply device disposed outside the first container. A first container liquid inlet is formed in the upper portion of the first container, and a first container liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the first container. The system controller module can generate a variable magnetic field in the first container by controlling the first magnetic field supply device. A method for purifying a target component from a biological sample comprises a step for allowing a biological sample containing a target component to be in contact with magnetic particles capable of specifically binding the target component, in the first container in the automatic purification system. The automatic purification system and method help to efficiently separate a target product from a biological sample, and helps to reduce process costs and time at the same time.
