Abstract:
A treatment tool includes a sheath that has a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, is formed with a lumen through which a guide wire is insertable, and has an opening portion that is opened in a direction intersecting with a central axis of the lumen on an outer circumferential surface of the proximal end portion while communicating with the lumen; a proximal end holding portion that holds a proximal end region at a proximal end side of the proximal end portion; and a distal end holding portion that holds a distal end region disposed more distal than the proximal end region of the proximal end portion, wherein the distal end holding portion holds the distal end region in a bent state with respect to the proximal end region such that the opening portion is located on an extension of the central axis of the lumen.
Abstract:
In a puncture needle for an endoscope, in a state in which a distal end of an outer sheath is located in an observation field of an observation optical system of an endoscope and a needle slider is retracted to abut a needle slider engaging section, a distal end of an inner sheath is located closer to a distal side than a proximal end of a raising base in the outer sheath, and a proximal end of the inner sheath is located closer to a proximal side than a needle tip of a needle tube in the outer sheath.
Abstract:
An endoscopic treatment system includes: an endoscopic treatment device having an operating unit which has a distal end and a proximal end and a sheath; and a guide wire which has a coated region applied with coating at a distal end. A packaging material has a tray which maintains a predetermined position relationship between the sheath and the guide wire and holds the distal end side of the sheath in a state where the coated region of the guide wire is exposed from the distal end of the sheath. The tray is located on the distal end side of the sheath to a sheath holding portion, which holds the sheath, and has a wire accommodating portion which holds the full length of the coated region of the guide wire exposed from the distal end of the sheath in a linear form.
