Abstract: There are provided a highly versatile method for screening for retinopathy of prematurity, a screening apparatus, and a trained model that are capable of accurately predict the progression of retinopathy of prematurity at appropriate timing. There is provided a method for screening for retinopathy of prematurity to predict the progression of retinopathy of prematurity, the method including a treatment determination step of determining whether or not treatment is indicated for retinopathy of prematurity after a predetermined number of days after birth based on premature infant information including postnatal time-series data on weight, height, and vital signs of a premature infant whose gestational age is less than a predetermined week.
