Abstract:
A color compensational layer's structure and manufacturing method, wherein the major structure includes: a dye carrier, a first transparent substrate, and a second transparent substrate, and wherein the dye carrier is a plate structure having a first face and a second face, and the dye carrier is particularly inset with dye, and the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate are respectively pasted upon the first face and the second face of the dye carrier, and since polarization plate is applied in the color compensational layer, so by the special characteristics of the polarization plate, the dye may first be solved in the water and then be inset into the polarization plate, such that a harmful solvent may be avoided and the cost of dye will be lowered down as well.

A display panel structure, which includes plasma display panel and filter, wherein the plasma display panel further has front glass and rear glass. Through this front glass, the plasma display panel displays images to the outside. The rear glass is corresponding to the front glass and is inter-spaced with the front glass. There is plasma enclosed between the rear glass and the front glass. The filter is directly formed upon the front glass, so the filter may be enforced and supported by the front glass and the original glass layer within the filter may be removed.

An electromagnetic wave shielding layer structure is mainly comprised of transparent substrate and mesh, wherein the transparent substrate has first face and second face, and the mesh also has first face and second face, and wherein the second face of mesh is pasted upon the first face of transparent substrate; particularly, the first face of mesh has a pressure sensitive adhesive with an appropriate thickness to replace the ultraviolet (UV) transparency processing adhesive.

A plasma display panel structure having polarization plate is comprised of plasma display panel and filter, wherein the plasma display panel includes front glass and rear glass. Through the front glass, the plasma display panel displays images to the outside. The location of rear glass is corresponding to that of front glass and there is plasma enclosed between the rear glass and the front glass. The filter is a multiple-layer structure having polarization plate and is disposed upon the front glass. In this plasma display panel structure including plasma display panel having polarization plate, since the polarization plate is comprised in filter, so the showed picture is more color-contrasted and more three-dimensioned after the images showed by the plasma display panel passes through this filter.
