Abstract: An optical lens capable of miniaturization and capable of easily implementing various optical characteristics and a lighting device using the same are provided. The optical lens includes a lens body including an incident surface and an emitting surface; and a plurality of nano holes that extend in a direction from the incident surface toward the emitting surface, and is formed to communicate with at least one of the incident surface or the emitting surface. In particular, the plurality of nano holes change a phase of light that is incident on the lens body.
