Abstract: A mist spraying unit atomizes a liquid and sprays the liquid as a mist, a light projector irradiates a space into which the mist is sprayed from the mist spraying unit with light, an imaging unit images scattered light by the mist of the light irradiated from the light projector, and an arithmetic unit calculates a mist concentration in the space based on a luminance value of a pixel constituting an image acquired from the imaging unit, thereby stopping spraying of the mist sprayed from the mist spraying unit.
