Abstract: A method of determining disposition of a component reel, for determining component reel disposition in which the component reel obtained by winding a component accommodating tape is disposed in a holding unit, includes: acquiring component reel information including information for identifying the component reel, holding unit information including information related to a layout that is capable of being selected when the component reel is disposed in the holding unit, disposition information of the component supply device supplying the component accommodating tape drawn out from the component reel disposed in the holding unit, and constraint condition information related to the component supply device and the component accommodating tape to be supplied to the component supply device; and determining the component reel disposition in which one component reel firstly used by the component supply device among a plurality of the component reels and a next component reel used next by the component supply device among the plurality of component reels are disposed, based on the acquired component reel information, the acquired holding unit information, the acquired disposition information, and the acquired constraint condition information.

Abstract: Disclosed is a mounting substrate manufacturing system including: a component mounting system including: a component mounting device; a housing body stocker that stores a housing body; a component supply device that pulls out a carrier tape from the housing body stored in the housing body stocker and transports the carrier tape to the component mounting device; and a replacement device that includes an end effector for holding the housing body, and replaces the housing body stored in the housing body stocker, wherein the housing body stocker includes at least a pair of partition members that partition a storage space for storing the housing body, at least one of the partition members adjacent to each other includes an assist portion that assists a replacement operation of replacing the housing body, and the replacement device recognizes a position for a replacement operation by bringing the end effector or the housing body held thereby into contact with the assist portion.

Abstract: A component supply device including an accommodation body installation unit in which one or more accommodation bodies each accommodating components are installable, the component supply device sequentially operates the one or more accommodation bodies to supply each of the components to a predetermined component supply position. The component supply device comprises a supply state detector which detects a supply state of components in total accommodated in the one or more accommodation bodies installed on the accommodation body installation unit, a determination unit which determines, based on the supply state, a state of the accommodation body installation unit among (i) an installation disabled state, (ii) an installation enabled state, and (iii) an installation required state, and a notifier which notifies a worker of the state of the accommodation body installation unit determined by the determination unit.

Abstract: There is provided a component mounter including: a storage which stores information related to a tape feeder and information related to a carrier tape pitch-fed by the tape feeder; a detector which detects a state where the carrier tape becomes close to a component shortage; a determiner which determines whether to perform predetermined processing with respect to a termination portion of the carrier tape based on information related to the tape feeder and information related to the carrier tape which are stored in the storage, in a case where a state where the carrier tape is close to a component shortage is detected by the detector; and a notifier which notifies an operator of contents of the predetermined processing, in a case where the determiner determines that the predetermined processing is supposed to be performed with respect to the termination portion of the carrier tape.

Abstract: There is provided an inspection apparatus which inspects a board on which a mounting apparatus mounts a component, including a detecting unit (an inspection process unit and an inspection camera) that detects inspection information including a positional deviation amount of the component which is mounted on the board, a determining unit that determines whether the detected positional deviation amount falls within a predetermined first range, a transmission unit that transmits the detected positional deviation amount to the mounting apparatus; and a determination unit that determines whether to transmit the detected positional deviation amount to the mounting apparatus. In addition, in a case where it is determined that the positional deviation amount falls within the first range and it is determined that a predetermined condition is satisfied, the determination unit suspends transmission of the positional deviation amount to the mounting apparatus.

Abstract: A component supply management system includes a threshold setting portion, a remaining-amount detection portion, a determination portion, and a notification portion. The threshold setting portion sets a threshold with respect to a remaining amount capable of being supplied by the carrier tape, for each of the tape feeders, depending on types of the tape feeders. The remaining-amount detection portion detects a remaining amount of components capable of being supplied by the carrier tape, for each of the tape feeders. The determination portion determines whether the remaining amount detected by the remaining-amount detection portion is lower than the threshold set in the threshold setting portion, for each of the tape feeders. The notification portion issues a warning for recommending replenishment of a carrier tape for the tape feeder in which the determination portion determines that the remaining amount is lower than the threshold.

A plurality of electronic components of same lot are accommodated in the plurality of stick cases, and the component information storage stores component information of a stick case read from one of the plurality of stick cases, as the component information of each of the plurality of stick cases.
