The printing system includes a parsing subsystem, communicating with the client for receiving the one of the plurality of queries, the parsing subsystem facilitating the obtaining of the set of information by copying a portion of the file, in response to reading a first instruction, and communicating the copied portion at the server for storage thereat. The printing system further includes a query resolving subsystem, communicating with the parsing subsystem, for obtaining the subset of dynamic information from the document processing system in response to the parsing system reading a second instruction. In practice, the copied portion of the file and the subset of dynamic information are combined for output thereof at the client.

EIP (Extensible Interface Platform) services can be registered via a peer-to-peer discovery subsystem associated with a multi-function device grid infrastructure. EIP service registration information can be submitted and stored in the grid infrastructure. The multi-function devices can be equipped with an enterprise EIP client, which can query the discovery subsystem and apply a corporate policy. The discovery subsystem detects the optimal instance of the service based on loading and availability factors and then returns a reference with respect to the services that allows access to enhanced services. Such an approach enables a fleet of multi-function devices to dynamically discover EIP services and auto populate service options to provide increased capability, reduced complexity, and improved speed.

The commented meeting documents are then scanned to form commented meeting document images. The commented meeting document images are then stored in a repository based on the storage address marking. One or more users are then provided with visual access to the commented meeting documents images, thus enabling the one or more users to view the comment markings that are supplied by the meeting participants.
