    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support sub-slot based Type-1 hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback codebook generation. In aspects, techniques are provided for generating a set of candidate physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception occasions for an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a downlink (DL) serving cell. In aspects, a user equipment (UE) obtains a set of UL sub-slots based, at least in part, on a set of K1 values, and then determines, for each UL sub-slot in the set of UL sub-slots, whether the UL sub-slots satisfy a predetermined overlapping condition with a current DL slot. A PDSCH reception occasions set is generated based, at least in part, on a set of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidates of the current DL slot and a determination that a current UL sub-slot satisfies the predetermined overlapping condition with the current DL slot.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication having sounding reference signal (SRS) power control using non-scheduling downlink control information (DCI) that is configured to trigger aperiodic SRS without scheduling data and without a channel state information (CSI) request. The non-scheduling is configured to include at least two transmit power control (TPC) commands. A first TPC command is configured for power control of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted by a UE to a base station. A second TPC command is configured for power control of one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets. Additionally, the first TPC command may be independent from the second TPC command where different power control is implemented for the PUSCH and the SRS transmissions. Additionally, the non-scheduling DCI may be formatted according to a DCI format 0_1 or a DCI format 0_2.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station as part of a wireless communications system. The UE may identify a configuration for one or more repetitions of an uplink control channel transmission, where each repetition of the one or more repetitions including a first quantity of symbols indicated by the configuration. The UE may determine a quantity of resource blocks for each repetition of the one or more repetitions. The UE may then identify that a second quantity of symbols is available to the UE to transmit a repetition of the one or more repetitions, and the second quantity of symbols may be less than the first quantity of symbols. The UE may transmit, to a base station, the repetition on the second quantity of symbols using the quantity of resource blocks for each repetition with the first quantity of symbols.

    Abstract: A base station (BS) may determine (estimate) a preparation time for at least one uplink (UL) transmission by a user equipment (UE) on at least one radio frequency (RF) carrier. The BS may use the preparation time to ensure that the BS sends a grant for the at least one transmission to the UE a sufficient amount of time before the at least one transmission is scheduled to occur to give the UE sufficient time to conduct the at least one UL transmission. In some examples, the BS determines the preparation time based on adjusting an uplink preparation time according to a defined value. In some examples, the BS determines the preparation time based on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) index. The BS may select the SCS index used to determine the preparation time from smallest of the SCS indexes configured for the different RF carriers.
