摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating a first set of thresholds corresponding to a first set of reference signal densities and a second set of thresholds corresponding to a second set of reference signal densities. The first set of thresholds may be associated with enabled uplink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling, and the second set of thresholds may be associated with disabled uplink DMRS bundling. The UE may select a reference signal density from the first set or the second set based on a DMRS bundling status and map reference signaling (e.g., a DMRS, a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS), or both) to a set of resources based on the reference signal density. Uplink channel repetitions may occur in disjoint symbols and in such cases, DMRS bundling may be activated when PTRSs between repetitions meet a threshold.

摘要: During positioning of a user equipment (UE), downlink (DL) positioning reference signals (PRS) transmitted by one or more transmission reception point (TRP) in a wireless communication system may be preempted or punctured by higher priority transmissions, such as ultra-reliable low-latency traffic (URLLC). A PRS preemption indication (PI) may be provided to a UE by a serving TRP identifying one or more TRPs affected by preemption. The PRS PI may further identify the time domain and frequency domain of the preempted DL PRS transmissions. The PRS PI may identify the time domain, e.g., based on a number of PRS symbols between two monitoring occasions, wherein only PRS symbols that contain downlink positioning reference signals associated with the group of TRPs are counted. The PRS PI may identify the frequency domain by identifying at least one of four or more frequency sub-bands of the preempted DL PRS transmissions.

A user equipment (UE) receives a first control message indicating a codeblock group (CBG) scheduling configuration for scheduling CBG-based uplink communications, where the CBG scheduling configuration includes a first mapping configuration associated with uplink communications including a single codeword and a second mapping configuration associated with uplink communications including multiple codewords. The UE receives a second control message scheduling an uplink message including a set of CBGs, where the uplink message is associated with a first codeword, a second codeword, or both. The UE then transmits the uplink message in accordance with the CBG scheduling configuration, where the set of CBGs are mapped to one of the first or second codeword in accordance with the first mapping configuration, or where the set of CBGs are mapped to the first and second codewords in accordance with the second mapping configuration.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling that indicates a configuration for subband full duplex (SBFD) slots and a random access channel (RACH) configuration for SBFD slots. The UE may transmit at least one instance of a RACH message in an uplink subband of an SBFD slot in accordance with the RACH configuration. The RACH configuration may enable a UE to repeat a RACH message or transmit a multi-slot RACH message across an SBFD slot and an uplink slot. The RACH configuration may map synchronization signal blocks (SSB)s to RACH occasions in the uplink subband of the SBFD slot. In some examples, the SSBs may be mapped across multiple (e.g., consecutive) SBFD slots. In some cases, the RACH configuration may enable a UE to repeat a RACH message or transmit a multi-slot RACH message across multiple SBFD slots.

摘要: Generally, the described techniques provide for efficiently transmitting uplink signals to a base station using shared antennas associated with different power classes. A first device may be in communications with a base station using local antennas and may identify a second device having auxiliary antennas available for transmitting uplink signals to the base station. The local and auxiliary antennas may be associated with different power classes, and the first device may transmit a message to a base station indicating that the first device is capable of transmitting using antennas associated with different power classes. The first device may then receive configurations from a base station of different transmit powers to transmit on the antennas associated with the different power classes, and the first device may transmit uplink signals to the base station in accordance with the different transmit power configurations.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to support interleaving physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) messages. The base station may schedule two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations based on the reported capability of the UE, and the UE may transmit interleaved PUSCH messages scheduled by the base station. In some cases, demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling may be enabled for PUSCH transmissions. A UE may be incapable of both performing DMRS bundling for PUSCH transmissions and transmitting interleaved PUSCH transmissions. In some case, a UE may disable DMRS bundling, drop a scheduled PUSCH transmission, transmit PUSCH messages sequentially (e.g., not interleaved), and/or indicate an error to the base station if the UE receives uplink grants scheduling two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to random access procedures. In one example, a UE initiates a random access procedure with a base station, and receives a random access response (RAR) message from the base station in response to the initiating of the random access procedure. The UE further determines a redundancy version (RV) pattern comprising a sequence of a plurality of RVs. The UE also transmits an uplink (UL) communication to the base station as part of the random access procedure. The UL communication comprises a plurality of repetitions of a UL message, each repetition being an iteration of the UL message that is configured by applying a respective RV of the plurality of RVs to the UL message based on the sequence. The UE further receives a downlink message from the base station based on the UL message. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

The UE may identify a configuration for one or more repetitions of an uplink control channel transmission, where each repetition of the one or more repetitions including a first quantity of symbols. The UE may determine a power level for each repetition of the one or more repetitions. The UE may then identify that a second quantity of symbols is available to the UE to transmit a repetition of the one or more repetitions, and the second quantity of symbols may be less than the first quantity of symbols indicated by the configuration. The UE may transmit, to a base station, the repetition on the using the power level.
