A device may transmit first control signaling indicating a capability for switching between carriers of a group of carriers during uplink communications using carrier aggregation. The group of carriers include three or more carriers that are each associated with different radio frequency bands. The device may receive second control signaling that includes an indication for the device to switch to a subset of carriers of the group of carriers for transmission of an uplink message. The subset of carriers may be associated with a combination of radio frequency bands. The device may transmit the uplink message on at least one of the subset of carriers in accordance with a mapping between the combination of radio frequency bands and the at least one of the subset of carriers, where the mapping is based on the capability.

A user equipment (UE) may determine that a high priority uplink control information (UCI) message, a low priority UCI message, and an uplink shared channel message overlap. The UE may select a first set of resources on the physical uplink shared channel for the high priority UCI message then select a second set of resources on the physical uplink shared channel for the low priority UCI message. The second set of resources may be non-overlapping with the first set of resources. The UE may transmit the high priority UCI message on the first set of resources, the low priority UCI message on the second set of resources, and the uplink shared channel message on a third set of resources on the physical uplink shared channel.

In aspects, a user equipment (UE) obtains a set of UL sub-slots based, at least in part, on a set of K1 values, and then determines, for each UL sub-slot in the set of UL sub-slots, whether the UL sub-slots satisfy a predetermined overlapping condition with a current DL slot. A PDSCH reception occasions set is generated based, at least in part, on a set of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidates of the current DL slot and a determination that a current UL sub-slot satisfies the predetermined overlapping condition with the current DL slot.

A first TPC command is configured for power control of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted by a UE to a base station. A second TPC command is configured for power control of one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets. Additionally, the first TPC command may be independent from the second TPC command where different power control is implemented for the PUSCH and the SRS transmissions. Additionally, the non-scheduling DCI may be formatted according to a DCI format 0_1 or a DCI format 0_2.
