Abstract: The present invention provides systems and non-invasive methods for gender selection of eukaryotic organisms More specifically, the invention applies the CRISPR-Cas system as well as any derivatives and fusion proteins thereof for creation of transgenic eukaryotic organisms and for selecting the desired gender of the resulting progeny.
