Abstract: A fixing device including fixing belt, a heat source to heat the fixing belt, a rotating member in engagement with an outer circumferential surface of the fixing belt, a nip forming member to pressurize the fixing belt, thereby forming a fixing nip between the fixing belt and the rotating member, and sliding members on both ends of the fixing belt and rotated together with the fixing belt. A rotation center of each of the sliding members is on an upstream side compared to a rotation center of the rotating member along a feeding direction of a printing medium, and a shortest distance between a tangential line of an outer circumferential surface of each of the sliding members and the rotation center of the rotating member is equal to or greater than a shortest distance between the fixing nip and the rotation center of the rotating member.

Abstract: An image fixing device includes a heat source configured to generate heat, a fixing belt heated by the heat source and disposed to be rotatable, a rotational member disposed to be opposite to the fixing belt and to press a printing medium to the fixing belt, and a supporting member to support an inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt so as to form a fixing nip between the fixing belt and the rotational member and having a plurality of heat insulation grooves formed in a surface thereof so as to reduce thermal conductivity of the supporting member. By the configuration of the present general inventive concept, it is possible to prevent or minimize a heat loss of the fixing belt and thus to enhance image forming efficiency.

Abstract: A terminal receives contents to be written on a note by a user, a server stores and manages print data generated by a plurality of users and outputs the print data to an image forming apparatus which outputs the print data in the form of an adhesive note.
