Abstract:
A valve actuator includes moving equipment arranged to cause a plug of said equipment to slide along a given axis between two end positions. The moving equipment includes a core constrained to move in translation with the plug along the given axis. The actuator also includes a coil lying between two rings of ferromagnetic material, all three of which are secured to a frame of the actuator so as to surround the core, which itself carries two magnets mounted in opposition on the core level with the coil, a ring of ferromagnetic material lying between the two magnets that also lie between two other rings of ferromagnetic material. A valve and a machine may be fitted with such an actuator.
Abstract:
A device for holding a container comprising a stationary jaw and a movable jaw mounted on the stationary jaw to be movable between a closed position for holding the container and an open position for releasing the container. A resilient element connecting the two jaws together to urge the movable jaw towards the closed position. The resilient element is a leaf spring having an end portion secured to the stationary jaw and an end portion secured to the movable jaw in order to carry the movable jaw. A container treatment installation is also provided including at least one such holder device.
Abstract:
An installation comprising a first platform having a first holder device comprising a first pair of jaws, and a second platform having a second holder device comprising a second pair of jaws. Each pair of jaws comprising a stationary jaw and a movable jaw mounted on the stationary jaw to be movable between a closed position and an open position. A resilient element connecting the two jaws together urges the movable jaw towards the closed position. The two pairs of jaws are provided with co-operation devices enabling them to transfer a container from one platform to another by co-operation between the pairs of jaws.
Abstract:
A packaging installation having at least one filler station includes a filler spout and a connection member connected firstly to a feed duct and secondly to a purge duct in order to connect these ducts to the spout. The connection member includes a spout supply pipe connected to the feed duct and a return pipe opening out into the spout and connected to the purge duct. The supply pipe and the return pipe are entirely independent of each other, such that the connection member acts continuously to connect in series the feed duct, the supply pipe, the spout, the return pipe, and the purge duct.
Abstract:
A filler station for a packaging installation for packaging a substance in containers, the station having a filler spout having a spout body with a bottom end provided with an orifice fitted with a controlled delivery valve. The spout is provided with at least one suction channel extending in the bottom end of the spout body between the outside of the filler station and the inside of the spout body so as to open out inside the spout body above the orifice. An associated installation and method.
