    摘要: The invention relates to a device for dispensing a small quantity of a liquid product, comprising a dispensing head (9) comprising an injection nozzle (7) to dispense a desired quantity of liquid product. The dispensing head (9) comprises an inlet (2) connected to a source of the liquid product (12) and an outlet (3) provided with the injection nozzle (7). It comprises a first valve (10) and a second valve (11) installed in series. The device comprises a control system (17) to command an opening sequence of the first valve (10) and of the second valve (11), resulting in a time of concomitant opening of the valves. The invention also relates to a method for introducing a liquid product into a container using this device. The invention makes it possible to obtain a dispensing head, which allows the dispensing of a liquid product for a period less than the minimum opening period of the valves that it comprises.

    摘要: Hotel amenity fluid dispensing assemblies, systems, and methods for refilling empty reuseable jars from a source container positioned on separate scales within a housing. Each container/jar provides an RFID tag identity read by its respective scale RFID reader to provide selective operational parameters. Separate housing tower assemblies are fluidly connected to the central pumping assembly between the tower assemblies to draw product from the source container to the fill jar. Microprocessor-based control is electrically coupled to the pumping assembly, the scales, and RFID readers to turn fluid flow on and off. The control actuates the pumping assembly to dispense a precise amount of the fluid based upon the RFID identity and real time scale readings and activates tower assembly manifold movement to allow for replacement of empty source and full fill jars.

The first filling point has a first unit for controlling and monitoring the filling of the first filling point. The second filling point has a second unit for controlling and monitoring the filling of the second filling point. The first and second units are connected via a communication channel. In an operating state, the first filling point switches to diagnostic mode. The first unit reports the diagnostic start to the second unit. The first unit outputs substitute flow rate or level values. The second unit transmits a deviation message to the first unit in the event of a deviation of the current flow or level value from an expected value. After receipt of the deviation message, the first unit interrupts diagnostic mode and switches to normal operation or outputs corrected substitute flow or level values.

    摘要: An apparatus for filling containers with a product includes a filling element, a supply line that supplies the product, a switching valve, a control valve, a vessel that is disposed between the switching valve and the control valve, and a volumeter that is disposed between the switching valve and the control valve. The vessel supplies a pre-metered quantity of the product for discharge via the switching valve to the filling element, the quantity having been pre-metered by the volumeter. The supply line provides the product to the vessel at a first flow rate. Discharge of the product through the switching valve and into the filling element occurs at a second flow rate that exceeds the first flow rate, the first and second flow rates being volumetric flow rates.

    摘要: A filling method includes executing a pre-stressing phase, during which, at plural time intervals, gas is drawn from a gas space that lies above the filling material in a tank. The gas pre-stresses a container up to a second pressure that is below the pressure in the gas space. During a filling phase, a liquid valve opens to allow the filling material in the tank to enter into the container. This valve is above the level of the filling material, thus preventing gravity from driving the flow.
