    Abstract: The present invention discloses a prediction method for a crosstalk spike in a half bridge of current-source inverter with silicon carbide devices, where, the prediction method includes calculation of the crosstalk voltage spike in the circuit of current-source type double-pulse test and analysis of the effect of each parameter on the magnitude of the crosstalk spike. The prediction method of the present invention analyzes the horizontal conduction crosstalk mechanism between the gate-source junction of the MOSFET caused by the high-frequency switching action of the silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET and the SiC Schottky diode connected in series, and derives the prediction model for the crosstalk voltage spike in the half-bridge of current-source inverter. Based on the equivalent circuit of the current-source-type double-pulse test and the crosstalk-induced mechanism, the extreme value of crosstalk voltage spike is accurately predicted, which is helpful to analyze the effects of the drive circuit and the parameters of the power circuit on the crosstalk voltage spike through the prediction model.

    Abstract: A current fed high-frequency isolated matrix converter and the corresponding modulation and control schemes are provided. The converter includes a current source full-bridge converter, a high-frequency transformer, a matrix converter, and a three-phase filter. An optimized space vector modulation solution is used for controlling the converter, and by comparing magnitudes of three-phase filter capacitor voltages to determine an action sequence of space vectors, switch tubes are turned on at zero voltage. A current source full-bridge circuit adopts a commutation strategy of a secondary clamping, and by calculating a leakage inductive current commutation time, full-bridge switch tubes are turned off at zero current to achieve safe and reliable commutation, and having advantages of a low system loss, a high efficiency, and a high power density.

    Abstract: A generator system includes a permanent magnet synchronous generator, a high-frequency matrix converter, a center-tapped high-frequency transformer and a full-bridge converter. An output port of the permanent magnet synchronous generator is connected to a three-phase input of the high-frequency matrix converter. Positive and negative output poles of the high-frequency matrix converter are connected to a primary side of the center-tapped high-frequency transformer. The primary side of the high-frequency transformer is connected to a center tap and then connected to the middle pole of the center-tapped high-frequency matrix converter, and the secondary side of the center-tapped high-frequency transformer is connected to the midpoint of the bridge arms of the full-bridge converter. A midpoint of the input bridge arm of the full-bridge converter is connected to the secondary side of the center-tapped high-frequency transformer, and an output side of the full-bridge converter is connected with a DC load.
