    Abstract: The present invention relates to an ultra-high temperature organic cross-linked fracturing fluid system consisting of the following components at mass percentages: 0.6 wt % of a supramolecular star-shaped polymer, 0.5˜1.0 wt % of formaldehyde solution, 0.02˜0.04 wt % of resorcinol, 0.05˜0.2 wt % of an ammonium catalyst and the rest being water, wherein the supramolecular star-shaped polymer is a β-cyclodextrin-modified branched monomer F-β-CD that serves as a core and is grafted with acrylamide, acrylic acid, hydrophobic monomers and surface-active macromolecular monomers to form a supramolecular star-shaped polymer; the ammonium salt catalyst is one or more of ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium acetate, ammonium citrate, ammonium benzoate and ammonium oleate. The ultra-high temperature organic cross-linked fracturing fluid system of the present invention uses a supramolecular star-shaped polymer as a thickener, an organic crosslinker as a crosslinker and an ammonium salt as a catalyst to form a fracturing fluid having low costs, an appropriate cross-linking time and stable viscosity at an ultra-high temperature, which is suitable for large-scale promotion and use and have an prospect of wide applications.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a surface-active two-tailed hydrophobic associated polymer and a preparation method thereof. The surface-active two-tailed hydrophobic associated polymer is prepared using a micellar free radical copolymerization method including: adding a surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate and a hydrophobic monomer N-phenethyl-N-alkyl (methyl) acrylamide or N-benzyl-N-alkyl (methyl) acrylamide into an aqueous solution containing acrylamide, acrylic acid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, and surface-active macromonomer polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (methyl) acrylate, wherein the surfactant is used to solubilize the hydrophobic monomer in the formed micelle; adjusting pH to 6-8 with sodium hydroxide, and copolymerizing the hydrophobic monomer and a water-soluble monomer by means of photoinitiation. The properties, such as viscosifying property, temperature resistance, salt resistance and hydrolysis resistance, of the hydrophobic associated polymer can be effectively improved. The preparation method is reliable in principle and simple in operation and has a wide market prospect.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a quadripolymer based on host-guest interaction and preparation process thereof. The preparation process: (1) weigh maleic anhydride and dissolve in dichloromethane, addβ-phenethylamine dropwise, stir to react for 1 to 3 hours, perform extraction filtration and washing, to obtain N-phenethylmaleamic acid; (2) Weigh mono 6-ethylenediamine β-cyclodextrin and maleic anhydride, dissolve in N, N-dimethylformamide, and place at 40° C. for reaction for 3 to 6 hours, the product is precipitated with chloroform, washed and dried under vacuum to obtain maleic anhydride modified mono 6-ethylenediamine β-cyclodextrin; (3) Add acrylamide, acrylic acid, maleic anhydride modified mono 6-ethylenediamine β-cyclodextrin, N-phenethylmaleamic acid, adjust the pH of the solution to 7; introduce nitrogen, add a photoinitiator and place to a photo-initiating device to react 3-5 hours at a temperature of 10-30° C. The quadripolymer has good temperature and salt resistance and shear resistance, and its raw materials are cheap and easily available, the reaction conditions are mild, having broad market application prospects.
