Abstract: An encoding method includes obtaining an image frame to be encoded. The image frame includes one or more image blocks. The method further includes determining one or more complexities of the one or more image blocks. Each of the one or more complexities corresponds to one of the one or more image blocks. The method also includes encoding the one or more image blocks based on the one or more complexities.
