    Abstract: A display device and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The display device includes a substrate, a light emitting element layer disposed on the substrate and including a pixel electrode, an organic layer, and a common electrode, an encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting element layer, and a passivation layer disposed on the encapsulation layer. A contact angle between a surface of the passivation layer and water ranges from 5° to 45°.
