    Abstract: A display device includes a planarization layer disposed on a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the planarization layer and including silver (Ag), a contact preventing layer disposed on the first electrode, including a light absorbing material, and including a top surface and a side surface extending from an end of the top surface, and a pixel defining layer disposed on the contact preventing layer and including a bottom surface facing the top surface of the contact preventing layer, and a side surface extending from an end of the bottom surface. The first electrode includes a first region overlapping pixel defining layer. The contact preventing layer includes a second region overlapping the first region between the first electrode and the pixel defining layer. A first edge where the top and side surfaces of the contact preventing layer meet is located on the bottom surface of the pixel defining layer.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a pixel structure, a lower blocking member, an upper blocking member, and a metal member. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area. The pixel structure is in the display area on the substrate. The lower blocking member is in the peripheral area on the substrate and surrounds the pixel structure, and includes a first side surface adjacent to the pixel structure, a second side surface, and a top surface. The upper blocking member is on the top surface and the second side surface of the lower blocking member, and constitutes a first blocking structure with the lower blocking member. The metal member is between the first blocking structure and the substrate while making contact with a bottom surface of the upper blocking member on the second side surface of the lower blocking member.

    Abstract: Provided are display device and method of fabricating the same. The display device comprises a substrate, a first semiconductor layer, a first gate insulating layer, a first gate electrode dispose, a first interlayer insulating layer, a first oxide semiconductor layer, a second gate insulating layer and a second gate electrode sequentially disposed on the substrate, spacers disposed on side surfaces of the second gate electrode, and a second interlayer insulating layer disposed on the spacers, wherein each of the spacers comprises a first spacer disposed to contact a side surface of the second gate electrode and a second spacer disposed on the first spacer. A concentration of hydrogen included in the first spacer is lower than a concentration of hydrogen included in the second spacer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a display area and a peripheral area, a pixel disposed on the substrate in the display area, the pixel including a pixel circuit, a pixel electrode electrically connected to the pixel circuit, an emission layer disposed on the pixel electrode, and an opposite electrode disposed on the emission layer, a power supply line disposed on the substrate in the peripheral area, the power supply line for supplying a power voltage to the pixel, an insulating layer covering the pixel circuit and the power supply line, the insulating layer including an opening exposing at least a portion of the power supply line, and a dummy pattern including a same material as the pixel electrode, the dummy pattern covering a sidewall of the power supply line exposed by the opening of the insulating layer.
